The auction descriptions all note:
Up for Auction is a part of an amazing collection of Autographs that were purchased during the mid to late 1980's through the late Al Rosen aka "Mr. Mint"This seems to be a thing now. Once a prominent hobby figure passes, the scammers use the person's name to pawn off fakes. The person can't defend themselves and the family probably has no idea this is happening. Vile and disgusting.
