Is anyone else having trouble logging into GavelSnipe?

Same here. Resetting my password didn't work, either. I sent an email to them yesterday, but have not heard back from them yet.

I had a different problem.

I could get in - but the snipes I had set weren't executing/recording. What I mean is - I had snipes set, but when I went to see what the winning bid on items I didn't win was ... the snipes were GONE. Not a - "user outbid" message. Or blocked by Ebay CAPTCHA message. Just gone. They didn't show up in the recently lost column - even though they had previously shown up in the current snipes column.

Feel bad for the seller - I probably lost 30 items that way and they lost good price increases most likely.

Yep, and gavesnipe doesn't work for me either. Can't log on even after resetting my password. However, the Heritage website looks like it's slowly coming back.

Got an email from Heritage saying they are bringing their website back on-line, then tried Gavel Snipe and it was working.

Have been using it again but this message is at the top of the page.
