I haven't been on the CU forum for a couple of years, so I thought I would try it. When I tried to log in I was instructed to change my password. It worked just fine. The reset link was sent to my email, I clicked on the link, and changed the password.
I'm not sure what is going with yours. Rick

I had the same thing happen to me. I emailed the PSA customer service and explained the situation to them. They reset my password for me and then when I logged in with their password I could change it myself to whatever I wanted. It took maybe a day or so for them to get back to me, but it worked.
