			Not that anyone was waiting on pins and needles for this question to be answered, but the card arrived today and it's not altered. The "wave" was an optical anomaly as Peter suggested. Sorry to disappoint any PSA-haters.    |

			What's confusing to me about the card is how much it is swimming in the holder. Is that a non-standard slab? The top 'stay' (whatever the technical term is for that sliver of plastic) is so much further up than any of my holders, so that accounts for the up and down swimming, but look at how much room there is on the sides, too.
