Ryan, I know there is a T216 Cobb lean-on-bat T216-3 (the thin paper w/o a factory #) "Detroit Am." It is the exemplar used in the 2006 SCD checklist.


I have picked up a few over the years, up to around 25, but have only recently started studying the backs. VE and T216-3 have thin paper and no factory #. T216-1 (1.2.3. Kotton fact 11), T216-2 Kotton fact 4, Mino Fact 4.

I would like to get checklists for all 5 backs, but I'm gathering more information before I start a post about it. I believe T216-3 (which I believe should be called type 1) and VE should be similar in subjects as they are similar in design, likewise MINO and T216-2(fact 4). The most common set seems to be the Kotton 123 fact 11's. I'll post more later on this as It's mostly conjecture.
