here is the actual home game schedule for the Indians In 1929

as you can clearly see Home Game 49 was not played on Aug 11th
just count schedule games JULY 4th D/H was a two ticket game so allocate 2 numbers
April 16 was Game 1 Sept 29th was Game #77
so here is conclusive proof
