Humble offering, but I’ve only seen one other example (Ernie Whitt’s, sold
By Huggins and Scott in 2012, shown below) - a Jesse Barfield, mid-‘80’s Toronto Blue Jays team jacket with name on back. Jesse was kind enough to respond to my Twitter message asking him about the jersey.
