I've never seen the Baltimore Orioles tab. Thanks for posting a picture; great looking item.

A bunch were on eBay recently, maybe every team but at least many of them, and some dupes. That blew me away, because I know how tough they are. I snagged two really nice Washingtons and two Baltimores, which I'm not sure I'd ever seen, either.

The tabs on ebay were from a board member, who, if I recall correctly, has all of the teams other than the Braves. I picked up this Giants tab from him. The Colts tab helps to date the series to the early 1960s. I know that the Giants tab is very rare. Not sure if all teams are as rare or if some are more common than others.

Did you give up on ever putting the whole set together, and how long were you at it? Any of them noticeably more common or more rare, other than the Braves and Twins. I know from collecting and dealing in Washington stuff for several decades just how tough the Nationals tab was, in fact I had seen exactly one other example I would describe as in nice condition until you put yours up, and thank you for that. I love the tabs! One last question: Do you know how they were supposed to work? I was never adept at mechanical reasoning, and I can't figure out what you're supposed to do with the tabs and the slot.

No, but very cool! I remember when Tab came out, the first diet drink I believe, and how terrible it tasted.

Not sure but I think you fold the tab and the opening and insert it
The Angels tab is the other tough one |

The tabs aren't long enough for that, I think it's something else. And on some it look like the sides are meant to be folded in, but on others there's not enough to fold. I really can't figure it out what you're supposed to do with these. I wonder if anyone has the original packaging which might have a diagram.

Any way you’d part with the lesser conditioned Orioles tab?
