Looks like Bob "Fats" Fothergill. Played for the Sox 1930-32.
He was a pretty good outfielder who had great seasons of .353, .367, .359 and .354 for the Tigers in the 1920s. Unfortunately, as his nickname suggests, Fothergill battled a weight problem as he got older. Still, he hit .296, .282 and .295 for the White Sox. |

Lance, it does look like a presentation photo. There's a crimped border at the 8x11 mark on the 11x14 paper. It's really high quality.
