This is one area where they are a bit inconsistent.
This card is approximately AB narrow, but got a grade. Another I sent that was short by less than this is narrow got rejected for min size. I always have them not slab as authentic, that's the only way to get the reason it didn't grade.

Narrow
I've seen a few where they look factory cut, but are a little too short or too narrow. If they don't meet minimum size requirements, PSA or SGC could give the dreaded "A". I agree they aren't always consistent about it, though. The Bradley is very narrow.
