Honestly I don't think there is much value in the individual issues - maybe try grouping by year or sport to maximize revenue / shipping. Take a look on ebay to see what your issues have sold for. My experience is that they maybe a few dollars each. I checked the 8/25/69 OJ one and saw a couple sell for $3-$6 including shipping and there are a dozen listed at various prices. Hope this helps - GLWTS.

Magazines are tough. Every time I’ve sold any I’ve gotten crushed because of shipping costs and lack of demand. Sorry.

Default Sports illustrated

Thanks guys for taking the time to helping me out. I'll figure what to do with them. A shame for all the knowledge they contain not in demand.

Default condition, condition, condition

IF (the big IF) - the magazines have no mailing labels and are in exceptionally nice condition - there are at least a handful of covers that could be worth some $$ (20-100). If they have mailing labels and/or are not in exceptional condition - the previous information would be applicable - probably best to sell them in lots of 10ish issues making sure to include at least one off the better ones in each lot.

No idea on value or how to go about selling. But, one thing to keep in mid, is that you can ship them by media mail when you sell them. I sell art books on occasion, and shipping by media mail has been key in my efforts to cut expenses and make a little money.

Sorry, but you cannot ship them via media mail. They have ads in them which precludes them from being shipped media. They have pretty precise rules and if they decided to check the package they can return it to you or charge the receiver the extra postage.

Media Mail is for shipping media items containing books, sound recordings (LP's), recorded video tapes, printed music, recorded computer-readable media (such as CDs and DVDs). Trailers for movies on a tape or dvd are not considered ads comply with the rules.

The USPS limits Media mail to books, CDs, periodicals [not magazines with ads] and Music — any of these can be Educational
