What a group! The guy posts something and THE ONLY posts are crapping on PSA. Truly the intelligent collectors.
Yes kind of amazing a signed card can get a grade so high! I've had a few in my time just shock me. I have a psa 7 signed 1952, not able to upload at the moment Forgot I had this 8 as well. He is really tough to find in 8 unsigned!

It amazes me that the highest ever PSA cards are awarded to 1 person that equals 25 percent! Wait, maybe Im getting that confused with 10s. Heck... Maybe its both!
