Brian, Picked these up plus 2 other commons for a total of 13 points. Please put me me down at 108 points.

I just posted in another thread a comparison of perceived scarcities/valuation of this E-Monster, both now, as seen in this Kraken thread, versus what is listed in a 1982 price guide.
https://www.net54baseball.com/showth...96#post1978796 Also of note, in that other thread I mention what cards I believe, if I were to redo the rankings as seen in this thread (I'm not going to!), would rank as '2' on the Kraken list. Brian |

I thought I'd contribute to this thread. I am really thinking about collecting this set again. To me the artwork is excellent and pretty much on par with T206's. The images have some great variety with different portraits and action shots.
The player selection is excellent, as a few of the major HOF's not in the T206 (or completely out of reach for most people..cough..wagner and plank..cough) are in here. Just one Cobb instead of four. The set is 120 cards vs 520. The only really downside is it's an expensive set (at least for me) but, I suppose for somebody that wants to take their time and chip away at it and buy cards at the right price, it's an achievable set. Just looking at this thread at some of the cards posted with the beautiful artwork has me debating to get back into this!

If I were to ever pick up the Walsh for my E90-1 collection, that would be exactly how I would imagine it would look like (which is fantastic in my eyes).

Tony!
You are doing great on your Kraken quest! Many of us have stalled out but you're still climbing. I think the key is to drive up this hill in low gear. I'd still like to get a couple more hits this year. Way to go Tony!
