And, if you are a person who bought one of the hundreds (thousands?) of cards discovered to be altered but graded, then buyer beware when buying the opinion of those that sell them.
Buyer beware. Buy the card not the slab. There's a sucker born every minute. I believe that each term should be among the thought processes of ALL buyers. Doug |
