From what I've heard, things are slightly delayed at that level. SCG is getting quite a bit more business than usual over the past ~2 months, causing a bit of a logjam.
In my personal experience, their 5 day service has been exceptional in terms of speed. However, I've only placed two orders in May/June...so this is only anecdotal. Considering your timeline, things might be too tight to make it work. However, one thing is nearly certain. PSA and Beckett have relatively worse delays.

I did a 20 day starting April 21 no cards graded yet. Their submissions have increased 10 fold
