The E121/122/w575-1 errors are some of my pet peeves. I have seen more mistakes in SGC and PSA slabs than BVG..

These two just came back. Note the player’s names on the bottom left. They reversed the labels.

All 3 of the big graders routinely mess up and label T219's as T218's as well. Lots of mistakes in graded T218's out there.

8 and 3 are so close!!! And disclaimer, I love SGC, but it is what it is...
