Yah and remember the Cubs had him as their manager, Maddon became available so they tossed Renteria to the curb, then the Cubs go on to win the WS.

Sox may be thinking the same thinking if they fail to make the playoffs this year. Start with someone new in 2021......and not Ozzie, as much as I like him, I've had enough Ozzie (not enuff Ozzy though), and enough Ventura.

Maybe bring Stone down from the booth, or keep him up there these Covid days and he can Co-Manage/Announce.
