Do NOT use a screw down holder. Nothing good will come from it. Leave the natural curve in the card. If you do use it, put the card in a penny sleeve first made from mylar. Ink on cards have been known to stick on plastic screwdown holders as well.

I agree - please do not put them in screw down holders!!! the photo is sensitive enough and would be too much on the photo surface.

I have one in a screwdown, but it's one made for very thick modern cards.
The OJ is a bit loose, so there's no pressure on it. I'll eventually use some acid free matboard to make a piece to keep it from moving around. I wouldn't clamp one in anything, One of the others I have cracked from being in a binder and having pressure on it.
