Those are great photos.

Man, we are getting old.

I remember like yesterday, seeing pictures of Tom and Nancy Seaver. A great looking couple of kids, dubbed “the face of youth” by the media at the time. Where does the time go?

One of the true greats. RIP Mr. Seaver

RIP Tom Terrific. His 86 jersey is one of the few I just can't sell.

I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Seaver about 10 years ago. I loved him as a kid unless he was pitching against the Pirates. I spent about 45 minutes with him. He graciously signed these two items for me. I found him to be both friendly and kind. He was exactly as I had imagined him to be as an 11 year old. RIP Tom Terrific.

I met him in 90's and had him personalize a ball to me. What struck me about him was that he was just a regular guy around fans. He would talk about anything with you. No pretence like today's players.
