Day 257 (September 13, 2020 – 257)
In 1974 Topps came out with a test issue in the New England area. The super-sized baseball photos with ‘deckle’ or scalloped edges became known with collectors as the 1974 Deckle Edge set. The cards were large and measured 2 7/8” by 5”. The backs of the cards showed something that hadn’t been done before; dated photos.
