Looking at the one you linked, print quality is lower (more pixellated around the neck/arm) and the paper stock is probably off. Looks like a darker copy rather than a photo to me. Doesn't have that glossy Upper Deck card look.
Looks like they may have harvested some of the Upper Deck holograms from other cards to put at the bottom of the back.
