Regarding the 1917 Stamp, according to the auction listings on PSA's website, the last two sales have both been this exact stamp (Cert #24819255).
Probstein sold it on Sep 1st 2020 for $1508.24. Probstein sold it again on Oct 14th 2020 for $816.00. So, it looks like the first buyer realized after the purchase that it isn't Ruth at all, and sent it back to Probstein, who in his infinite wisdom, simply relisted it hoping he'd sucker someone else  Steve D
