This is likely the ugliest Ruth card ever issued, although it doesn't qualify for this thread as it is a 1949 issue. But since we are piling on the ugly Ruth cards...

No it is not Eddie. The E93 shown does not picture Eddie Collins, but instead Jimmy Collins...this card has been misidentified since the beginning of collecting time. And no matter who it is, it has never been a favorite of mine.

I know it happened much later than the card, but every time I see the Eddie (Jimmy) Collins card I think of Jackie Gleason on tv just about to make a turn.
