Found some info. Team is Sinon Bulls of the Chinese Professional Baseball League. They existed 1996-2012. Played in the city of Taichung and in Xinzhuang Stadium. Any info about the actual item would be greatly appreciated.

My guess would be 2006 as 2007 would be their 12th year. Might be 2011 but I highly doubt it.
