How do you that's scuffed and not tarnished? Have you had this piece in hand?

Is this a trick question? Of course I've never had it in my hand, but I do have eyeballs. Vast amounts of chrome have chipped away from the rim. But to defend against you getting me on another terminology loophole, maybe it didn't "chip" away... possible that it scuffed away, or rubbed away, or tarnished away, or peeled away, or endoplasmic reticulum-ed away. Use whatever terminology that makes you feel comfy cozy, but there is chrome missing from the rim of the coin. Much of it missing. That coin is at least 4 full grades over-graded.

Coin collectors call it toning. It is known to happen in PCGS holders.

Gr8Beldini--I had a question about the '64 coins. Do you know what series they were issued ? I opened a few packs in '64 with my older brother. We had some coins but opened packs from series 1,2,4,&5 I believe. I was only 5 years old and have no clue on the series they were issued. Thanks

I'm thinking of selling all my Kellogg cards in slabs. Many were graded 8's, 9's and 10's and I paid the price for them and now many are cracked. So I will have to sell them as PSA 9 ( but cracked). Lost a few $$$ on these. Look at the card not the grade for Kelloggs.

....Whoa.....slow down there fella. Just asking a question....been a collector in many a hobby for 40 years. Have seen a good bit of odd things that appear otherwise. If it hasn't been in your hands you may not always be able to tell.
