For cards priced $20 or lower this could be a great program for buyers, but for sellers too?
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Announ.../ba-p/31420436 As a buyer I will appreciate this new program. As a seller, each time the USPS has raised rates, I have had to unfortunately pass these increased s/h costs onto the buyer. In turn, buyers have rewarded me by buying more cards per order, all to cut down on the s/h cost per card. Ten years ago, I averaged selling around 5 cards per order when my s/h rates were about a third of what they are now. With each USPS rate raise, I have increased my average number of items/order slightly and now my average order size is up to nearly 11 items per order. Obviously, lowering the s/h rate will cause buyers to buy more single cards versus the larger number of cards per order. So as a seller, I have mixed emotions towards this new program....only time will tell. |

Am I reading it right that it's basically the same as shipping in PWE, but adds tracking for somewhere south of 44 cents (since it says "less than $1" and a postage stamp is 55 cents)?
If so, it's an interesting option. I sell a lot of low-price stuff but could see some people willing to spend 45 cents for tracking. |

There was recently a post on Sports Collector's Daily saying that it's supposed to come soon.
