Love the Dexter Press stuff. I can't speak to other teams but the Orioles have 'cards' in 5x7 and postcard size formats. I believe some other teams did get issued as Coke premiums.
The SABR card blog had a post about these. https://5toolcollector.blogspot.com/...q=dexter+press The photos were also 'pirated' for a national set of something called Starliner stickers. At least I assume they were pirated, they might have been licensed to them.
