I emailed the buyer who told me it had actually been delivered but apparently never scanned as such by the carrier.  Unfortunately, there's no way for you to tell if that happened and the buyer is just being dishonest about not receiving it.

I filed claim with USPS for missing/stolen contents. 1st appeal denied, This is of high concern for all of us if purchasing insurance is in vain--I guess its fortunate for me its only a 650.00 claim, and not 5,000--be aware USPS has some other serious issues at this time.
