You were quick on this one, I saw that auction go up and end in less than an hour. From the other one for sale on EBAY at the Ungodly amount of almost $6k, they look identical.

I have not heard back from Keating. Once I received it in person though my worries vanished. I have an email out to PSA in hopes that maybe Keating will respond through there. I have been told that Keating did provide coas like the one I received and only out a picture of the signature on the COA if asked.
Yeah that other poorly cut Brown on Ebay was originally listed for $500 and I missed it by minutes. Now its quite the mark up!

Just so I am caught up to speed, are the Brown in this thread and on eBay the same or is one a copy?
