Same here on my phone but did get through on my laptop earlier once. I had a similar issue last week for several hours.
Another weird thing is that the website still has a message saying they aren't sending any shipments out due to severe weather at the request of FedEx and UPS. That seems very strange to begin with even for last week but certainly should no longer be the case. Also if we pay hundreds of dollars and have to wait weeks/months...perhaps they have heard of something called USPS if others aren't accepting? My 2 cents.
