Total coincidence Brian but when I pulled out one of my Covaleski's to scan
I picked the one with the same plate scratch as yours.

Had a lifetime ERA of 2.49 his best year was 1905 when he was 20-11 with
Cincinnati. Won more games than he lost despite little run support in 1907
he had a 17-19 record with a 1.73 ERA his career record was 124-118.
