Dave Hornish is a member here but does not post here much lately. I will ask him to take a look. His and Bob Lemke�s old blog are great hobby resources and Dave is a Topps guru

For whatever it is worth I have a half dozen of the transfers and have always kept them and the insert with my 1960 set. I think I also have some of the original packaging in which the transfers were sent, handwritten team name on front with a Bazooka Joe several panel comic of instructions about application on the back. Can post pics if anyone is interested
