I don't own this, but would this be a set of cards if you had the ones on the poster? I'm not sure what set this is.

There is no known set that conforms to that poster.

1955-56 Topps Hocus Focus boxing subset, with one small flaw...see if you can spot it.

Really? That's surprising. I downloaded that picture off some auction catalog, somewhere. I did a search and found it. Two versions have been auctioned by REA. Once in the Spring 2013 catalog it sold for $8295, and then another version was auctioned in the Fall of 2016 catalog and sold for $9600. I was hoping the set existed. Well, I'm pretty sure this set exists.

I’ve certainly never seen these. Can I ask where it came from, if it’s source is known? If period, that would be one cool set of cards possibly out there somewhere. Looks great

Thanks for pointing that out, Cat. That might be the first time that I laid them out like that. I have always studied them individually.

Great looking set Brent. Here's my E76 set. Not especially rare, but colorful.

Damn, Brent, wow.

This is a 1927 or slightly later set of transfers issued by a German company commemorating the Dempsey-Tunney "Long Count" title fight.

I like the way they flow in the full sheet format, and the two-stamp long count.

I'm very impressed with the condition of your set, David. Most of the E76s that I run across are beat to snot. These look nice across the board.

Also, I think I like the Khedivial poster better than the individual cards.

The posters are great but really hard to fit into albums...unless you cut them up. Which people have done.

Here is the 1919 IFS Moser set of Dempsey-Willard cards. They were made as postcards as well as blank backed photo cards. Took me a while to put together a run of the blank backs.

Thanks Jerry. These will have to do until someone makes a Black Swamp type of find of caramel boxers. I like the posters too, but I think I still prefer the cards.
