Not a Sweet Caporal, but I have a Piedmont 150 that somebody also made the effort to make it a Piedmont 350 card.
No help on the what ifs when graded. Brian

I'm not sure if PSA missed it or if you can or could ask for no qualifiers when it

Since the alteration is intended to deceive, PSA should mark the card AUTHENTIC ALTERED. They may just give it a MK, or not even see it.

They should give it a MK and call it a 150. I have seen one of these where they not only didn't call it a MK even though it was totally obvious, they also slabbed it as a 350. Fortunately, I saved the scans in my Horrible Grades folder.
