Pm Nat about it and see if you get any help. Losing an order is a bad thing..PSA should be helping all they can.

Leon....I am tempted like hell to do that. There is a DAVE STEINBERGER helping us though. He is the VP of Customer Experiences. Right now, my experience isn't looking too good. But I asked Jeff what I should do, as he has some key cards in the order as well, and we are thinking it is better to give Dave a chance to see what he can do. I have a feeling if I had a YoutTube channel, I would be getting some call backs or something. Right now, the calls are a little one sided. And with me being OCD like I am (aren't ALL collectors), it is just gnawing me to death. I feel so helpless.

Is this situation one of the reasons that they have you claim a value for each card (for restitution and/or insurance purposes), or do they have you do that strictly to calculate how much they can rape you?

probably both...and it's a double edged sword. I feel like the few cards I've submitted to PSa have been high buck cards I usually downplay the value so as to pay less for PSA's quality grading service...I never even think that they could be lost?

The value you declare is what you will be reimbursed should PSA lose your card. Some of the cards wound up being worth more due to the grade attained. I have been submitting since early 2000's. This is the first package of mine that they have "lost". And I am still not convinced it is lost just yet. More like "misplaced". I am imagining a scene like the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark....when they stored away the ark at the end of movie.

You don't need a YouTube channel, you have a direct line here to the top dawg. Copy paste what you just wrote and pm Nat, he should be aware of your customer experience at the very least.

I agree he should PM Nat...

But I believe the YouTube Channel comment was made in regard to publicizing the poor customer service and spreading negative feedback for all eyes to see (thus eliciting a quicker/more thorough response from PSA).

Thanks for everyone's advice. I did take the advice given and PM Nat Turner. Hopefully they can locate our group sub. Dave is telling me the package was handed off to USPS and they have lost the package. The info I am seeing tells me that was not the case. I will keep everyone updated. This is the tracking number is everyone wants to play along.

I had a 1967 Topps Orr go missing in October and it showed up six months later. Maybe they will find it?

Was this after it was graded and before it shipped to you?

The package has been officially deemed "LOST". PSA is getting back to me with a figure.

Fingers crossed. I know with insurance companies it is 4x your doctors bills. The package was valued right at $5k with slightly over $1,000 in grading fees. Some of the graded card values bumped that up a little bit.

Default Phone call

Bobby, I’d like to speak to these guys via a phone chat or a zoom. This is not an acceptable solution. They have spent 4 weeks waiting on an investigation from the USPS and haven’t done anything else during that time.

They have noted they confirmed it left their facility but haven’t disclosed HOW they confirmed that. Was it word of mouth? Has anyone actually walked the floor to see?

Just feels like they are banking this all on the USPS investigation without any backtracking that I can see.

They keep trying to pin this on the USPS, but my info shows this package was never even handed off to the USPS. Did a disgruntled employee see it just laying around too long and decided to take it home?? Enquiring minds want to know. And that is also crazy that they want to pay out last years prices. I would like to get cards at last years prices as well.

Unless they can demonstrate that USPS accepted the package and lost it, they are going to be SOL and it falls on them. Additionally, and most important, they have a department dedicated to upcharging submissions due to the increase in value attained over time or due to the final grade or both. They owe you what the cards are worth today in the graded holders they are in. Anything less than that is BS. The grading fees are not recoverable if they pay you true FMV for the lost cards. Not SMR value but true market value like their upcharge department does.

They even have an ad bragging about the difference between raw card values and graded card values. "TURN YOUR CARDS INTO GOLD" I believe was the tagline. More needs to be done than what they are offering.

I agree they should be paying out what they are worth no in the graded holder. They obviously know the grade and the cards.
What is just as bad that all of these cards maybe lost forever and cannot be replaced
