The coloring is completely off. Haven’t even looked at the details on it for other red flags but this just jumps out as being fake. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy a 52 Topps Mantle unless it’s already graded by a reputable company. With the exception of Al and Irv, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen an authentic copy that wasn’t graded—it’s the same reason you’d probably advise us not to buy a raw Jordan.

Here's my 52T Mantle for comparison. The background color is bluish-green.
The background color of the card you posted is "blue"....which indicates it's a re-print of some sort. Furthermore, the skin tone color is totally off. And, the bat color is not a bright yellow. I could continue pointing out more flaws, but by now you should get the point.  TED Z T206 Reference .
