I'm curious to hear which ones, Leon? A now defunct chain or one that is still around?

It isn't but should be defunct.
Their site doesn't look to be secure but I doubt you get in trouble going there...

Just don't get their most famous for, chicken fried steak! I really don't understand how anyone could like that.

Leon, did you own the Grandy’s on 121 near Preston? When I lived in McKinney I always said I was going to go there and I never did and then it was closed. Damn.

Before they pulled out of Houston there was one pretty close to my house. Not a bad place to go for breakfast with three small kids. They had an older woman who acted as 'hostess' in the dining area (I'm assuming they all did this) who supplied you with napkins, condiments, coffee refills, etc.

I tend to avoid fast food these days but if Grandy's was still there I's definitely stop in for a breakfast biscuit sandwich from time to time.
