The image is a real Gehrig card. Not a particularly rare one.
https://www.psacard.com/cardfacts/ba...3-clubs/302249 Prob is a fantasy piece. Coloring on the back seems way off. https://goldinauctions.com/1927_W560...t-LOT3687.aspx Signature prob a fake as well.
