Just finally scanned this. It is super fragile and scary to touch.

Ed awesome piece! Ellam and Molesworth are the only Barons in the T206. Ellam is mislabeled and thus an error card.

I am sure Mr. Logan (Barons owner) would love to have that in his office one day!

Enjoy this great pickup! If you ever decide to part with it let me know.

Default RPPCs

While not up there with Cobb Caramels (super cards by the way), I picked up a couple of old RPPCs.
  • The first is the Leavitt Institute Baseball Team from Turner, ME. I believe the postcard dates from c1900s.
  • I'm still trying to identify the team on the 2nd card. The card dates from 1904-1918. The letters P.N.A are written on the back. That could be unrelated. The hunt continues.

As a Memphis Chicks (Chickasaws, Turtles, Egyptians) fan, that is insanely cool! A copy of that, nicely matted and framed, would look fantastic with a period photo of old Rickwood. I just recently picked up a McGregor Goldsmith 97 Official Southern Association game-used ball, complete with box, that has a penciled notation on the box bottom that the ball is from a 1950 game between the Chicks and the Barons in Birmigham. Very, very nice pickup, sir!

New to this and seeing if this works...These are two that I picked up through the Memory Lane auction in July: my first Wagner, and my first 19th century card full-stop (had to be the Mets' first ace):

Jeremy, the E95 Honus IMO is the nicest E card ever made and yours is such a terrific example. I love his set mate Ty almost as much. But not quite.

Does taking a card from the "for sale" bucket and putting it into the "collection bucket" count?
Collecting when flipping = addiction.

That's always been the way I've done it off the B/S/T. Take it from the For Sale from Leon...put in recent pickups!
