Those are awesome, I’ve never seen them before. They are definitely a 1983 issue, Seaver came back to the Mets for that one year but was claimed by the White Sox in January of 1984. I would guess they are an unlicensed stadium issue.

Those oddball pins don't always have the most value, but I love them. One of my most sought after pins is a Mike Krukow, SF Giants headshot.

And I am a Pre 1925/30 Collector

What sets or series of pins should I look for.

I mostly collect Ruth, Jackson, Wagners, Cobbs

If your after pin sets there's a few choices here https://prewarcards.com/?s=Pins

Some more achievable options include:
  • P2 1911 Sweet Caporal pins
  • Our National Game Pins
  • PR2 1932 Orbit pins
  • PR4 1930 Cracker Jack

There's selection of Gehrig, Cobb, Mathewson and other HOFers in those sets.
