Change of pace here....even though I'm a baseball guy at heart, I still have a ton of nostalgia for the NBA growing up in the '80s. Was a huge Lakers fan back then, and watching their playoff battles with the Celtics were some of my most fond memories of growing up. Hearing Dick Stockton's voice still takes me back.

So this card may be even more valuable to me than anything in my baseball card collection. The fact that it's an amazing 7 without much of the typical factory print for it doesn't hurt!

This is a great thread and I love all the different cards.

Not surprising that Mantle and Cobb are leading the pack not to far behind by Ruth.

Like Ryan, I would like to inject a little love to the Wagner's

Not fortunate enough to get any Rookie Cards but here is my contribution

Default Tough call.....

Wilt signed Rookie (one of 3 known to exist)

Pack fresh Satch with likely some 5 year old kid's scotch tape on him (who could have blamed that kid!)

Ted— that trio is insane. Phenomenal feat. Something you do not see every day.

Signed Wilt— wow. And the focus and sharpness of that Paige is wild.

Default T205 Mordecai Brown Drum back

Will try and get a picture although some of my E121-120 Ruth’s may give it a run for the money
