Besides GAI and GEM - the only 'slabbed' saw-cut cards I've seen have been autographed. Cards with autos slabbed - PSA/DNA etc.
Most out there are real. Nearly all saw-cuts carry a lower value than non-cut. Not worth it to fake. These cards were 'cut' or 'slit' to be marked for removal from sequencing into packs. Obviously, many slipped through. Cards that were removed were either trashed or backdoored into the market.
