I have had a few problems with the ebay letter option. A few have never arrived to my customers and there is no way for the USPS to track them. They say the ebay tracking system is not in their system. I don't understand, then who scans the item ? Has to be USPS scans the item but it doesn't go in there system.

Yeah it's wonky at best. Somehow they get scanned, but every item that is sent to me like that is marked "delivered" by eBay before it actually is. Like they scan it delivered at the hub, and then it gets delivered in my mailbox the next day. I guess some tracking is better than none, but there are kinks in that system.

-Haven't received a negative
-he knows how to message and he knows i respond to messages.
-he opened a dispute because he didn't receive his package yesterday.
-he did not message about the mail running late.

Maybe i'm overreacting to his overreaction?

I'm not a big seller so maybe I'm not familiar with current ettiquette.
