Hard to really read the card in the photos. Did you crack it out of the PSA holder before sending (if not, that may have helped).

I assume it came back a 1.

Good move cracking it out. I think knowing that, I may chance my answer...

If it came back only a "1", doubt you would think it's worthy of it's own thread. So either came back altered, or an unexpectedly high grade.

I'll say it graded a "2.5".
