Yeah, it seems like essentially it's a lottery, whereby PSA members will get an "allocation" to submit. Seems like if you get an invite, you will be allowed to submit a limited # of cards at the Regular level at $100 each. Sounds like they will be probably give invites for a small # of people for a small # of cards each at first to see if they can manage it. I have not gotten an invite. If I do, I actually have 2 cards to submit, so I will report back on the experience!
