He was supposed to be a mini-Belichick, but the only thing they have in common, was they were both Special Teams coaches. Belichick doesn't win games by giving rah-rah Gene Hackman speeches at halftime and making long rambling excuses to the press. He wins games with his mind...by using strategy and technique to put his guys in the best possible position to win. Gettleman didn't do any favors for him either, in regards to getting the right talent, but I'm not sure Judge could have won 8 games with The Chiefs roster. He might end up being a good college coach, but I don't think he'll be anything more then a decent Special Teams Coach in the NFL. We saw in the last game, how much "Field Position" meant to him.
