An odd fact on those alive when T-206's were released

My earliest TV memory is Queen Elizabeth's coronation in 1953. I get a kick out of seeing her being queen still.

Henry Allingham (British World War I veteran who lived to be 113) lived under Victoria, Edward VII, George V, Edward VIII, George VI, and Elizabeth II, all before he was in his mid 50s. The rest of his life was all under the reign of Elizabeth II.

The one in my parent's kitchen still does... I just talked to my mom who called my dad into the kitchen to say hi

Very slight correction to my post.

The President when my great-grandfather was born in 1817 was James MONROE, not James MADISON.

Not a big difference. Just trying to be accurate.
