Ruben, as with everyone I deal with at the DCS, is really good at caring about the show going well. In March, my wife was having a rough day and needed me to pick up some emergency stuff for her (thankfully it was just a blip) and the DCS people had someone at my table in less than 5 minutes so I could take care of business Rich
