I was actually very confident they weren't trimmed once I got them in hand a long time ago.
I don't know the answer to if it's stricter or not. I understand arguments both for and against slightly easier standards for a 1909 T206 card as well, given limited printing capabilities of the time inhabitance in a pack of tobacco. I thought the Schlei could have graded even higher to be honest.
