I know zero about these cards, but here are a few thoughts:
I really, really doubt anyone would forge Photopack cards, so you don't have to worry about authenticity. I'm not sure what else you're wondering about outside of that - looking at the blog post, they probably are the 4X1 World Champion cards described.
